Car Seat Headrest and Will Toledo inspired me to start making music of my own once I first heard Teens of Denial. I was hooked after that. Being a big fan of Modest Mouse, Built to Spill and Radiohead, Car Seat Headrest was right up my alley. I fell in love with How to Leave Town, Monomania and Twin Fantasy. This was back in my early days of being an indie music fanboy. CSHR definitely helped me fall in love with the genre.
